An online platform that provides immediate on-demand support for employees, managers, and HR experts facing HR management issues, and looking for effective solutions to improve their working environment.
How does it work?
All you have to do is make an appointment directly on our website. In a “Listen and Advise” session, a trusted advisor will be committed to assisting you in resolving your issues.
Who will be our HR advisors?
Experts that have a track record of success and have years of practical experience in a variety of workplace environments and industries.
What can I ask about?
You are free to voice any problems or worries pertaining to your working environment. Conflicts with coworkers, poor performance, wage evaluation, team management, career orientation, and other issues that require practical solutions to improve your workplace environment.
How will I communicate with the HR advisor?
Once the meeting is booked and paid for, you will be called back by one of our HR advisors at the scheduled time. You can choose to be called back by phone or over Zoom.
How does my HRhotline.com sessions work?
The session starts with you sharing your story and challenges. Our HR advisor will then analyze the situation, raise questions and advise you about the next steps towards the best action plan for your workplace success!
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes, you can reschedule up to 6 hours and/or cancel up to 24 hours before the meeting. You can’t cancel a booking, but as we value your convenience, the “Listen and Advise” session will still be valid for rescheduling for up to one year.
How much does it cost?
There are several packages available to suit your needs. Payments can be made online at the time of booking. Visit our Packages page to learn more.
Does HRhotline provide legal advice?
HRhotline.com is not a law firm and will not provide legal and taxation advice. In some situations, we may raise a red flag regarding some issues, but professional legal advice must be sought. HR Hotline may suggest a lawyer where applicable.
Does HRhotline.com provide medical and mental health advice?
HRhotline.com is not a medical and mental health advisor and will not provide medical and mental health advice. We may raise a red flag regarding some issues, but professional medical and mental health advice must be sought. HR Hotline may suggest a medical health professional where applicable.

How is my privacy protected?
We are completely committed to securing your privacy and confidentiality. We do not write, register or keep track of any conversations conducted during our sessions. No data collected or shared with HRHotline.com will be shared with any third party.
